Scenes From My Life: 06/15/09

Yesterday, I was in my car driving home from a meeting in Manhattan. Just as I was about to enter the Lincoln tunnel, the flow of traffic came to a complete halt. In order to not allow myself to get completely frustrated over a situation that was out of my control, I lowered my window and started photographing this chaotic scene. New York City is always under construction. Click on the image to enlarge.

Not sure what makes this cool. The angle funks it up a little bit, but other than that...so what?

Nice shot! i think it's cool because the lighting creates the warmth of the day, the sky and fence...also, new york IS always under construction.

Great Shot "D" the buildings encapsulated behind the fence with the orange cones in the shot and the storage can summarize the concept of N.Y. under construction-for the guy that didn't know what makes this shot cool...also the contrast in the image is great as well...PEACE
