Here are a few images taken in New York City while on my way to a meeting.
The image above is of a new Def Jam recording artist by the name of Mike Finley. It was captured during our meeting. We were going over concepts for his CD cover.
Great shots - I love the gritty b&w processing. Are you going to be at BHF this weekend? Look forward to seeing your shots from there - and shooting the event myself.
How come I never run into ?uestlove when I'm wandering around the city!?
you are an extraordinary photographer and you truly define the word artist... in 1994 i entered the Renaissance Man contest, and won of course "LOL", i know i won because of the image and not the technic alone. i painted a copy of your face from a word up magazine, who knew that the expression on your would take to first place, in fact my art teacher like the drawing so much when it was time to give it back, she beg me for it....i wish i had it now it was some of the best work i ever done, but at least someone is enjoying it! P.S i said all of this to say, that you are an artist in every way. thank you, for helping me win!
GOOD SHOTS. REMINDS ME OF WHY I LOVE & HATE TIMES SQ. SO MUCH TO SEE BUT 2 MANY PEOPLE & OBSTACLES TO GO THRU.....& NOW LAWN CHAIRS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. MY CITY IS GOING NUTS
i really like picture 3 & 4 for 2 different reasons pic 3. is a time out view while everyone is busy going along with thier day to day lives their relaxing and observing the surroundings its fantastic abit like my personality im a very laid bck , there's more then a hundred words to describe pic 4 he's lost in his thoughts but then agian what is he thinking ...? its takes a talented person to see the beauty of everyday life cuz they say a picture screma a thousand word s i think you are an extraordinary photographer keep up the good work
I am still trying to find out about screening some of your work in DC. We would love for you to be part of our festival. . i hope to hear back from you soon. I know your busy. In case you forgot, this is last years agenda. www.wblinc.org/PDF/FILMFESTFLIERBACKFINAL.pdf

Okay, these are even better than the ones two day ago. Thanks for sharing, really.
The shots are fresh and that vignette in the lawnchairs shot is off the charts.

U are truly gifted with an eye for photography. I would be so blessed to do a shoot with you or even end up in one of your pictures.
