D, I liked that. Big Daddy Kane was rockin' it. Plus, its nice to see him. Man, I am not surprised that he had the crowd vibin' with him like that. Thanks for the clip.
true hip hop, i LOVE IT!!! Thank you for all of these! Ok please get the independent film together and ready for Sundance and all the other film festivals, ha :)
I still remember when I first heard saw the video and was like this cat is dope!!! My favorites was always Rakim,G RAP,LL,KRS,KANE SLICK RICK and Cube. I even heard that KANE ghost wrote Jingling Baby for LL I don't know if it's true though. But the Last of the Asiatic Miracle Man line does sound like Kane.
The footage of BDK show how music never leaves the soul...when he told the story about how aint no half steppin was created...that song was well alive in him. How beautiful!!!
Seeing Big Daddy Kane and seeing you still doing your thing is a beautiful testament of where you can go in Hip Hop. Hip Hop is taking a serious beating but you guys (and many others) are proving the naysayers wrong when "they" say Hip Hop culture is non-sensical. Let's keep the cynics hating and let's keep the legends accesible to their fans. Keep up the good work D.
Man Listen! This show was CRAZY! I love that he has not lost an ounce of finesse. Brooklyn was so alive that night. The entire crowd did line for line of Ain't No Half Steppin; like not a day had passed for any of us. Long live the Kane.
I love these True Hip-Hop Stories! However, (here comes the hate), this one is way too short. There's so many more things I wanted to hear about Kane's past and even his present. So please make them longer in the future.
We Needed This...Thnx "D" for Keeping Real Hip Hop Alive...I am looking forward to the Magazine and the Film...(hint, hint) We gotta do it before we loose to many more of the Hip Hop Greats to their Eternal Destiny.

You keep bringing back these Old School artists so all these young kids can learn a thing or 2 about what Real Hip Hop really is.
BDK is one if not the best rapper to ever spit and his flow can never be touch.
he is very musical
